How to Stay Fit in Winter

1. It's a must to exercise during winters because you tend to feel more hungry than usual and working out regulates your hunger.

2. Try and do cardio early in the morning because you can burn more percentage fat.

3. Weight training should be done in the evenings.

4. If you are doing a combination of weight training and cardio in the morning do weight training with great intensity, burn more percentage fat and increase your BMR.

5. Ideally work out for an hour but this is excluding your warm up and cool down time.

6. Keep in mind to increase your warm up time as the body takes time to warm up in the winter.

7. After you warm up, do some stretching and then work out. If you exercise or stretch on a cold body you will pull a muscle.
